Commercial Aircon Servicing in Singapore

.

Rose owned a hair salon in Singapore for the last 10 years. She had the air conditioners installed in her salon even since. The customers were very happy to do their haircut, while some housewives catch-up with their friends in her salon. It was quite cooling and everybody were enjoying chit chatting in comfort of the air conditioning. Most of them stayed for 2 to 3 hours to get their hair done. Her staff were busy taking care of the customers. Business was good.

.
Everything was working well until one day, the air con started to fail. They got hot air emitted from the air conditioner. She quickly called for the aircon technician’s help and we came in to her rescue. Unfortunately, it broke down due to a part failure and we had to get it from the spare part center. We needed 2 hours to get it fixed. Business was bad for that day. Her potential customers walked in and found no air conditioning, walked straight out. Some regular customers decided to go to the nearby cafe to skip their hair-do, while one or two customers still want to continue with their hair-do. However, the standby fans that they were using, kept on blowing on her customer’s hair, which made the hair styling a bit more challenging.

.
After we got the air-con fixed, Rose wanted to prevent the same thing from happening again. So she seek advice from our air conditioning specialist. We asked if she wants some servicing and maintenance done for her air conditioning system regularly, which she never did. She decided to sign up a yearly aircon servicing contract with us and it went on for 5 years.

.
Well, things do happened. We do not promised that similar occasions would not appear again. But it would really help to reduce those frequent issues that caused business disruption. Air conditioner problems like aircon not cold, hot air coming out from air-con, foul smell, aircon water leaking, icing on evaporator coil and etc. You do not like those, so are your customers.
