She shifted into a condominium apartment 3 year ago. It was her dream home and she put up some swanky interiors. Cuddled up on the walls in the dining room, she had decided to install an aesthetic decors, full of colours and her design. She put the dining table right in front of that wall so that she can enjoy the decors every time she and her family dine. To add up to her comfort, she installed an air conditioner right on the adjacent wall. She had so much great time having her guests to sit around that dining table and talked about her design.

Suddenly one day, there was an erratic cooling from the air conditioning unit. She could smell foul air venting out of it and sometimes hot. Worst of all, she can see water dripped out from the machine. It even made a lot of blowing noise.

We showed all the of dirt and debris accumulated in the entire machine to her. After we applied chemical wash to the air-con, we due diligently check the air con gas pressure. It was running a bit low, so we advised her again that we need to top it up. During the function check, the aircon came alive. There was fresh air coming out, no leak, no hard blowing noise and the cooling was back again.

She was happy and was aware that the air conditioning system need servicing. So she asked how often to service aircon. We suggested that she do it quarterly as she only turn on that air-con when she and her family or friends dine on that table.
