My air con system was working perfectly for 13 months from when I purchased and then started to show some weird behavior. It was not giving enough cooling in the room and situation was worsened as temperature started to shoot up day by day. I was only charged initially with a minimal inspection fee. They were so careful in making sure that I am happy with their services. They did not charge any other extra transportation charges even he went and picked up the spare parts, it was quite reasonable.
Next day, I shared my experience with my colleagues and they said that service charges was quite nominal. When my friend, May described about the bad experiences, she had with another aircon service company, who has not able to fix the defect properly and charged more higher.
